Whilst the utlisation of outsourcing represents a large portion of the US medical transcription market, this concept is still at its inception in the UK.

Unlike others, we do not use home-based typists. Our transcription centres employ trained and qualified audio typists with a proven reputation to provide a high quality, accurate and affordable service.

MacBeal Transcription offers alternative or complimentary transcription solutions. By using digital recorders, our customers can easily upload reports or letters onto our secure central server. The transcribed documents are made available for download between 24 and 48 hours in Microsoft Word or most other electronic formats.
